My Favorite Low Cal Breakfast Meals...yours?

  • smoothies:
    C unsweetened almond milk
    C sugar free frozen fruit (usually peaches or strawberries)
    scoop of protein powder
    all for about 210 cals.
    the frozen fruit makes it thicker, or i'd use fresh.

    if i need more carbs, i switch out the fruit for a banana, about 265 cals.

    I have never used protein powder. What brand is best? How many calories does it have?
  • Ehhh low calorie and breakfast shouldn't be in the same sentence. It starts your day and defines it. Breakfast is usually my highest calorie meal. Fuel my day!

    I don't have much weight to lose, so all of my meals are low cal lol.

    1 extreme wellness tortilla (71 calories)
    1/2 tablespoon light mayo (25 calories)
    2 egg whites (34 calories)
    1/2 ounce of deli meat (15 calories)
    + 1/8 cup reduced fat shredded cheese (45 calories)
