New to MFP and need supportive new friends!

I am new here - second day. I am working with some obstacles - herniated disks in my neck and back and hip injuries, but have decided to no longer let the pain define me. My short term goal is to lose 40 lbs by my birthday in August. My long term goal is to lose 80 lbs - in however long it may take me. I would love to meet some new and supportive friends to help keep me on track. Please feel free to add me.

    Hi. Congrats on starting up. To lose weight you don't have to be too active. Heal first.

    Welcome!, I too have old injury's that hamper my ability to exercise as much as I'd like to do more, As you go you will learn what foods are best for you and healing will happen :smile:
