Is there anything you have tried in terms of eating times and nutrition that helps with insomnia?

yea any heavy starch will make you sleepy, eat mashed potatos at dinner, or sweet potatoes which are even healthier and contain lots of anitoxidants, and carotene (more than carots) and the heavy starch will make you tired as hell, which is why people who eat popcorn with butter on it get tired after movies. but if you dont like mashed potatos or you think theyre unhealthy which theyre not but some people feel they are then you could just use warm tea and put sox on, which sounds weird I know but the human body responds to warmth by wanting to sleep0

I was always told that the amino acid L-tryptophan in turkey makes you sleepy, but I believe that was falsified. Warm milk with a little bit of honey makes me drowsy. And if all else fails, you could try a melatonin supplement0
