Has anyone tried this before? And if so did it work? And are you still on it or if you stopped do you still have the same weight off or gain? Please tell me if this works or not. Maybe I will get this and try.
We only live once right? lol But I don't want anything to be harmful for my body tho

I was foolish enough to buy this and several other "quick fixes". Truth is......they don't work. Waste of money. Most of them are just over hyped caffeine pills. Save your money. Log your calories. Stay under your BMR and practice portion control. The only supplement you need is your BRAIN and that is FREE. Use it and empower yourself with real knowledge about nutrition. Diet is the only real key to weight loss.
  • Yah but people in the reviews of the product said that it worked.. I have been doing what you said and I have gained my inches back.. But lost weight so i am pretty upset about that one :(

I unfortunately did this for some time and to be honest, it didn't work at all. The only thing it did was give me heart palpitations and made me extremely thirsty. Didn't lose any weight while I took it and I sucked it up and did the whole entire bottle.

Things that have worked for me in the past
    1) going to the gym
    2) eating clean
    3) the 17 day diet

You've lost weight but gained inches? Sounds like fluid retention to me. Time of the month? Sodium? Working out? Kidney issues? All contribute to fluid retention. Keep at it the right way. I am sure it wasn't the actual product that worked for them. Im positive it was their diet, the pill just had a placebo effect.

Some of these pills work BUT they work because you are so hyped up on caffeine and legal speed that you don't feel the need to eat. You might lose weight but you'll be unhealthy, have trouble sleeping, and be extremely irritable. Also, they pay people to write positive reviews and blog posts so good reviews don't necessarily mean that they work. If you are dead set on getting some sort of pharmaceutical aid you need to talk to your doctor so that they can give you something legit and monitor your health.

Calorie restriction is number 1, you dont even have to workout to lose weight or eat clean.

If the reviews are on the company website then they're all fake.

This is very likely! I 'gained' 5 lbs in one day and gained inches after a hike and higher sodium lunch. It was magically gone a few days later. Definitely check your sodium levels and make sure you are drinking lots of water.

How do I stop this if that is the case? I don't eat much sodium and I drink tons of water

I am doing 30 day shred just finished level 2 I lost inches on level 1.. And lost 10 pounds. But then when I started doing level 2 I gained back my inches.. Maybe because there is more strength training?

Do I have to do the sit ups on my own to get my inches back to where they were?

You have to figure out whats causing the issue first. Are you tracking your sodium? I used to think I didnt eat much sodium until I actually saw the numbers. If you have no underlying kidney issues, I reccomend you increase your potassium. Eat foods like potatoes, tomatoes, beans, etc. Google foods high in potassium. I've read on here plenty of times that increasing your water flushes out the sodium...thats BS. Potassium acts as a filter in your blood and levels out your sodium levels. Drink your water but dont go crazy with it. 64oz -72oz is plenty for ANYONE. You will see ALOT of people over complicate things on here. Keep it simple. It works, trust me.

BINGO....you're retaining fluids for muscle repair. Keep at it. The body will level everything out on its own. Just give it time.
