you're getting closer to goal so eating nearer to your maintenance for this size you want to be makes sense.
The actual weight loss rate average over a month will tell you how you're doing.0 -
so what would you suggest ? Up my calories to 1695?x0
-
I would just to stop you getting hungry and bingeing - you should still lose you are looking fabulous hun x0

If you've only just upped your calories it may be an idea to give 1500 a chance for at least two weeks and then experiment after that.0

if you've just adapted to 1500 give it a month. If you've lost at the end of that and are getting close to goal add another 100 or 200.
It isn't a precise science, the BMR etc is only an estimate.0 -
You could try adding 50 calories a day a week until you are up at your goal intake. Then it wouldn't seem like you are adding so much at once.0

well if i have 1600 calories a day, because i exercise 4times a week and dont eat my exercise cals back, ( i burn around 300cals each time i exercise) so that will be 1300 after exercise.
So the only days I will be having 1600 really will be on my three rest days xx0
