So im stuck in a bit of a rut..i need a bit more control and structure to my eating so i am going to give this a go tomorrow:

Most of that is what you are supposed to do anyway.
Eat healthy, non processed food
Drink lots of water
Excercise.
That promotes a healthy lifestyle, and as a bonus, gets you in the skinny jeans.0 -
