Slim in 6?

I first heard of this yesterday, can anyone tell me about it? Just done a quick search and the general thing is its boring but works!?

My real question is, is there much jumping about like the 30DS? I live in a flat so cant go jumping around and while i modified so i could still do it, id prefer something that i didn't have to modify.

Im on day 29 of the shred so looking for what next....

    It works well. There is a few seconds of jumping. There are three videos which get longer as you progress 25 min 45 min 1 hr. I liked it. Just mute it after you get used to it and play your own music.
