Hi all, :smile:
I am 55 years old and have had weight issues all my life. My daugther is a member of the group as well and she has lost 75 lbs which is an inspiration to me.

    Hey, I'm relatively new here too - been on maybe a week but I'm willing to give you support - but I'm just learning myself and weight loss is real slow but that's okay - BTW i go by the name southernGeorgiagirl
