I've hit a plateau doing the slow carb diet and need some advice in getting out of it.

I have too. Actually I put 2 pounds on in the last 2 weeks. I reread the book & on my cheat day ( Sunday ) I had no pasta, started with a hi protein breakfast of cottage cheese & stawberries. as of this morning I am at my pre cheat day weight which is unusual for me as I usually don't get there till one or 2 days before my cheat day not 2 days after. So basically I've tightened up my eating...no nuts ( love them) heavy cream in my coffee, not as many beans . I am hoping for a 2 pound loss at least this week. Oh & a ton of water! Have you looked at your eating with a critical eye? have you stretched the rules a bit? Or maybe you are at a set point & it may take a few weeks to get past? How long have you been on the 4HB? I have just gotten past that critical 4-6 weeks window for women So hopefully that will be it.0
