I always fail. I keep losing weight though, but I think I could lose it faster if I stop snacking at midnight.

Eat a GALLON of ice cream. Make sure to deep fry it first.0

Go to sleep earlier, drink a big glass of water first...maybe you need to increase your calories during the day. Many, including my friend Emma on MFP are eating more and losing faster. If you are super hungry at night, it could mean you are not getting enough nutrition for the amt of activity you are doing...Fat free milk and Krave are also good to help curb cravings if you really HAVE to have something...0

I have lost 45 pounds but I still struggle with late night cravings. I cope with keeping fresh fruit around and eating a couple pieces if I cannot stand it. Drinking some water or a little juice helps too. Try eating just a little bit later in the day, and/or going to bed by 11.0

Not at all. But it seems like you were for a second there
Sometimes the forums are slow. You might have to wait a while to get a response.0
