    I've dieted before, but MFP made a big difference. I feel that tracking both food intake and exercise gave me a fuller picture and helped make better decisions. Also, really like the forums.
    I didn't hit any plateau , so far. My losses have been pretty steady. I still have 30-35 pounds to go to be in the "normal" range.
