New guy

Hi. My name is David and I started using this system on May 5th, so not quite at a month now. I have lost about 8 lbs but it sure seems slow. Especially when I am out an see friends eating pizza! I am just looking for folks to encourage and be encouraged by so I thought I would give this posting stuff a try. Let me know who is out there and how youre doing.

    Hey David,

I know exactly what your saying when you see people eating big macs, pizza, and everything you love but trust me it get's easier over time. And over time you figure out ways to be able to go with your friends out to eat and not starve. There are some tricks to eating out that can help in that regard. Weight loss is a slow process if your doing it right but make sure you are eating enough. A lot of people that are dieting think they can just cut out eating all together and your body thinks it's starving and it's actually counter-productive. I suggest spreading your meals out and trying to eat 5x a day (smaller portions and that's three meals and 2 small snacks). It might sound crazy but I have more success losing the pounds when I am getting 1800-2000 calories a day as opposed 1300-1500. Add me and I will share some other tips for you.
