Recommendations?

I would like to lose roughly 8-10 pounds in about 3 weeks. I already have a diet plan that's been working extremely well for me, but I'm not sure what to do exercise-wise. Does anyone have any suggestions for a good exercise plan that might help me accomplish this goal?

    most people would say run, run, run or jog even and if you can't do either then hop on a elliptical

    What is your current weight? 8-10lbs in three weeks may be too much depending on what you currently weigh.

    HIIT burns loads of calories and still continues burning way after working out.....so I've read.

    Maybe 30 day shred! I don't dare try it but if you have about 3 weeks that would fit into that time period.
