Trying to lose weight

Hello everyone,

I've always been thin, 115-120lbs, and never struggled with my food intake and weight, in fact, my biggest issue was that it was hard for me to gain weight. Once I hit 30, I noticed things gradually change and the weight began to sneak up on me. Now, I'm stuck at 150lbs, have been dieting but the weight loss process has been SLOW!

I've recently started p90x and I'm hoping that can jump start my weightloss quest. Although P90 is not designed for weightloss, I do want to burn as much fat as I can and build leaner muscle.

I'm hoping to share and learn about diet and fitness ideas from all of you.

Thanks.

Nina

Congrats on deciding to make a change. My advice would be to follow the schedule that comes with the program and follow the nutrition guide. P90X is tough and you have to fuel your body in order to get through those workouts.
