Do you track zero calorie artificial sweetener! I use Splenda for my cereal and never tracked it. Don't know if I should as the jury is till out as for if they are bad for you.

    I don't.

I use it in my coffee and some of my smoothies.

A lot of people will say don't use it and artificial sweeteners are terrible for you however I've never felt any ill effects from them. Things like Truvia are also loaded with chemicals that aren't listed on the labels.

I tracked them and then I realized that that was the reason that I was getting really bad migraines and dizzy spells ... had I not tracked when I ate them, I don't think I would have been able to link that to my little "spells" .... so I like to track what I eat and all of what I eat because you never know when you might need the information.

depends if it is truly zero calorie. Small tablets may be, but fluffy powders are not.

Nope. I use it in my coffee & it's in my diet soda's. I haven't had any health related or cravings because of it. To each their own, don't let the boogy-men scare you off it if you like it.
  • I track it when I use stevia since that is the only sweetner I use. I gave up sodas 3 weeks ago. Water and unsweet tea have become my new best friends.
