When did it click?

What I mean is, at what point in your journey did u say " I am really going to lose the weight this time?" or " this isn't so hard anymore" or I don't actually hate eating right or exercising?"

I am just not there net, but have been there several years ago. I was at a point where I was on a high be ause of my dedication and success nothing could stop me. I hit my goal and maintained until I got pregnant.

I want to get there again!

    It was about 3 months in when I started seeing good results but the final click is at the 3 month mark we had made the food changes and realized this is life changing and not a band aid.

    After about a month - I kicked my sugar addiction and actually craved fresh veggies and fruit. As for exercising, some days I still need motivation but I just remember how great i feel after I work out, that usually gets me going.

    I feel it will take me a few months of being consistent with food and exercise. Problem is, I haven't hit that point for years because I keep quiting! I hope this time is the time!
