Flavored Coffee Creamer Replacement?

I cannot drink coffee without lots of creamer, but I have recently cut out as much processed food as I can. I tried just using Stevia, vanilla extract, and half & half in my coffee, but it just tasted too milky to me. I want it thick and not to smell like milk. Oh, and I also tried honey, and that didn't cut it either.
So I went back to using my Coffeemate flavors, but I am still dissatisfied with all the junk in them. I'm thinking about trying flavored syrup now. I've seen DaVinci has an all-natural line of syrups and thought I might order them. Has anyone tried them? I am more apt to use them, even though they contain sugar. Just so long as they don't have hydrogenated whatever, corn syrup or preservatives.
Any other thoughts or suggestions of how I might doctor up my coffee?

First of all, BRAVO to you for cutting out that hydrogenated crap! :flowerforyou:
It's soooo bad, but tastes so good! :grumble:
Can you do soymilk? I like vanilla, unsweetened.
I haven't tried them, but there are soy-based flavored
creamers that are probably less nasty than the other kinds.
I don't drink coffee everyday anymore, but when I do, I go for the whole milk
or half & half! Tastes so much better & not many more cals than non-fat.0 -
the light silk vanilla soy milk is good0

I used to always use creamer but stopped once I moved out on my own because I didn't want to spend the money on it
I started using just a splash of milk. Honestly, black coffee isnt bad, maybe it would just take you a while to "acquire" the taste. Like I said, I use a splash of skim or 2% milk, cools it off and takes the "bitter" edge off, and I dont think it smells milky...
btw, at my parents house if I have coffee, I DO NOT add their creamer, I think it tastes bad now.0 -
I love creamer to death i don´t know how to cut it off is one of the things i want to quit!0

The Da Vinci syrups are good. They also make sugar free, but they may have a lot of stuff in them.
