Workout flooring/padding

I think I need to get some padded squares/flooring to put over my berber carpet in my basement. It's starting to tear my elbows and knees really bad during some of my workouts where I need to be on the floor. Does anyone have any good suggestions as to a brand/type that I should get that isn't too expensive? I only need to cover like a 8 x 8 area or so.

I had the same problem. I just went to Acadamy and bought kids knee pads for my elbows and bought knee pads for my knees. Working pretty good so far and there is a lot of on the elbow work in Tap Out XT!0

Tapout XT is what I just started doing and the elbow work is astounding! The first layer of skin is off of my elbows right now! I definitely need to do something if there's even more of it coming.0

I use a mat I bought from Sports authority.. It's about 84"x48" and about 1/4" thick.. Works pretty good.. I use it on concrete so I have to weigh down the ends to avoid slipping.0
