Your body fat % and lean body mass will affect your weight goals. I'm aiming for about 125 lbs right now, and will adjust as I get to goal and see how it looks. I want to be somewhere in the range of 21-25% body fat, which would put me at 123-127 lbs with my current lean body mass. However, I want to put on a bit more muscle than I have now, and so may end up closer to 130 lbs. It will look a lot different than it did when I was 130 lbs with 30% ish body fat before.

It varies with age and body frame. You can put 2 5'2 girls side by side and one will be 115 and 1 at 130 and they both look great. Everyone carries weight different. At my heaviest of 130, I looked pregnant bc of where I hold everything. I'm now at 113-114, my UGW; but I pay more attention to my BF%. I'm 5'2 and 32 yo.0

I think you are at a wonderful weight for your height..
I am 5'2.5 and I am looking to be 118lbs overrall. A little smaller would be ok maybe 115 max but mainly to not see a chubby tummy and touching legs.. Once I don't have that, I should be happy and I hope 118 will make that happen..... 21 lbs lost and 13 more to go!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!0 -
I'm 5'3" and currently weigh 110lbs with my measurements at 34-26-32. My ultimate goal weight is 101lbs but if I don't make it there and just tone up a bit I will still be happy.0

You sound a good weight for your height. Im 5'2" and aiming for 125-130lb. Im 148 at the mo adjust gonna get to my goal and see how i feel then. :-)0

I'm 5'2 and I'm aiming for 110 - 115 pounds. That may be low for some who are the same height but my breasts are rather small, all the weight is in my damn butt and thighs!0

I'm 5'3 and my goal is 140. I have large breast and hips with a small waist so anything less would make me look sickly.
I'm 5'3 too. I was at my fitest at 150ish lbs. I stop weighing then and just kept living. And I used to run then too. I have huge breasts- i wore 34DD back then- and wide hips, so I don't think under 140lbs would look appealing on me.
After about 4 yrs including 2 major episodes of depression (and currently investigating fibromyalgia diagnosis), I've gone over the 200 mark. So right now, my first goal is to get under 200 lbs. Then, to get to 160. Then, I'll prob try to maintain for the fall/winter, when SAD kicks in again.0 -
Right now I am 5'0" and 115 lbs. I don't know what my goal is, I just feel like I'll know when I get there. Currently I am not too concerned with losing weight, just working on improving my fitness. I like the way things have shaped up over the past 5 months or so and just want to continue heading in the right direction.0

I'm just under 5'2", CW 126, GW 120 but I don't really care what the scale says as long as I like what I see in the mirror and am healthy. I'd like to have more confidence in my skin, not my scale.0

I just looked at Face the Music's picture. She is 5'1.5" and 107.5lbs I believe. I'm the same height, and when I was 108 I didn't look anything like that! I looked so much bigger! My biggest was 119 and I had love handles and thunder thighs like you wouldn't believe! It's funny how everyone looks so different. I consider myself a "thick" 114lbs. I was even thick at 1080 -
I'm 5'2 and I weigh 150lbs right now I would like to be between 130-140 nothing smaller than that! My boobs are huge so if I were to weigh what the doctor says which is 119. I'd look like a stick with boobs!! lol0

I'm 42 years old and 5'1.5". I've been maintaining a weight of 105-109 for several months now. Measurments are ok:
Bust - 36"
Waist - 25"
Hips - 34"
But I'd like to build a little muscle mass.0 -
5'0, 23yrs, 115 lbs. Goal weight, 107? Kind of struggling with this. I run, I lift, and no change in scale or measurements. This is the heaviest I have been. Mostly worried about inches and toning rather than the # on the scale. However, seeing 115 is still a bit rough!!

I'm actually closer to 5'4" (5'3 3/4") but the tool wouldn't let me enter fractions. I actually plan to take measurements of my waist, hips, thighs, & arms as motivation, because I find the scale a little frustrating w/ fluctuating water weight. With that said, my tentative goal is 119 lbs, but it really depends on how I feel. For example, if I get to 122 and I feel happy w/ my body (e.g. more toned, clothes fit better) that might be enough for me. I've been around 123-124 in the past and was pretty happy, but I have a pretty muscular build so that might be high for others of the same height. I'm about 128-129 right now and I'm just not comfortable, so I know this is to high for me.

Me too! Well, 154lbs but my boobs are tiny and I have thunder thighs and a Nicki Minaj butt so if nothing goes in those areas then Nicki better take cover!0 -
