Sugar Bet/Challenge

A friend and I are entering a sugar bet for the month of June. Not many people were willing to take this on so I thought I would ask here.
How it works:
No REFINED or ARTIFICIAL sweeteners for an entire month.
Honey, stevia, coconut sugar, fruit, and other pure forms are allowed (although I am going to try to reduce)
JOIN US, keep us posted on your progress, or if you fall off.
Anyone up to it?
I am hoping to kick the sugar addiction and to see how life can be without being a slave to the sweet substance. I hear food tastes better, and life is brighter...so here is to NO SUGAR!!

hello to be honest i had been on the atkins diet for a month and just swapped over to 1200 calories per day for a change as my weight loss had started to slow down, i have now started to have fruit and juices again and i cant beleive how sweet everything tastes and its making me feel quite ill. i used to have sugar in my coffee but now that is too sweet for me. your challenge does not seem too hard for me now so i will do it for a month with you to see how i go. good luck0

Just wanted to give an update on being sugar free for 11 days now. WOW! I have more energy. I am waking up in the morning (5:30am) to do my insanity workout. I don't feel drained and burnt out at work. My cravings for sugar has reduced significantly, even carb cravings are reduced slightly. Really enjoying whole foods, lots of fruit and veggies. I have a feeling I will want to continue this way beyond a month! I feel lighter overall!0
