This is for everyone who wants to give up, who thinks that they're not getting anywhere. For the ones that need some inspiration and motivation to keep on going.

I'm telling you that it IS possible to accomplish the impossible. Work hard and you will reach your goal. I never thought I could do it, but I now know that I CAN. And so can you. Don't give up. Not ever! Keep your head in the game and you will accomplish everything you set your mind to! I'm living proof of that. I still have a long way to go, but as long as I'm kicking *kitten* (and that's exactly what I'm gonna do) I know I'll reach my goal. Here's to never giving up!!

    It is possible, I spent last couple of months in a plateau and I finally beat it and got to ONEderland as well!! It CAN be done..

    Oh btw, even if you hurt yourself, like spraining an ankle etc., you can find different things to do. You just gotta make the best out of it and results will show in all your hard work.
