This looks amazing! I don't know if I'd consider 1/8th of a pie a "big" piece though. But I guess for 184 calories 1/4th of a pie is still pretty good.0

You're welcome everyone! I guess "big" is relative. For me, 1/8th is large considering most recipes post nutritional information on 1/12th of the pie. I am very satisfied with 1/8th, but everyone is different.
I hope everyone that tries this out enjoys it as much as I did
