This is to be taken with a pinch of salt, tongue in cheek :P
Any more?

Don't Binge because:
1) Hot Boys, Prince Charming and Husbands
2)Become a model and need to be skinny for when I'm a celebrity
3)Turn John Barrowman straight
4) Flab to Fab

Preventers..
1) Sellotape the fridge
2) Dance sexy like Rihanna
3) Look at self naked and play around with fat rolls
4) Weigh oneself on one's scale

If all else fails: PASS ME THE CAKE

    Very good advice. However, I have to admit that I find the original posters suggestions just a tad more helpful.:blushing: I'm afraid that, for me, naked fat rolls play a far greater motivating roll than "It's Bad".
