Just wanted to come in and say Hi to the community. Using this as a way to maintain- I lost 140 pounds reaching my goal wieght 1/1/2006 (went from 260 to 120). I have been able to maintain my weight through tracking, planning & accountability - and I want to keep it that way! My weight is up a little bit, (still within my range, just the upper end), but I want to get that little bit off before it becomes a lot. I like being able to track on the internet so that no matter where I am I can track my food & activity.

For all of those seeking to lose - you can do it. There are many things in your life that you have accomplished and you are capable of getting fit and healthy. You are worth it and trust me it will make a difference in your life!
