Food Prep?

Hi there,

I am following South Beach, and the food prep is exhausting! Got any tips to help make the task more manageable?

    I have tried so many diets that say you can only eat carbs no fat and some that say you can eat fats but no carbs. I have followed diets that restrict this and or that and have never had the success that I have had with MFP. Eat what you like but plug it into MGP first to see how much you can have. You will slowly learn the foods you like and howuch of those foods you can eat. You can also ask your friends about shortcuts. An example is I love a good burger. A shortcut is to have a turkey burger on a sand wich thin. This saves me about 150 calories. If you cut the ketchup and add more mustard you have the flavor without the calories. I learned this by logging and shipping wise. You'll get it. When you do it will just happen naturally. Hope this helps. RebeccaGSK
