Hey everyone!

Today is my second day using my fitness pal, and I am finding it to be a great site! I've been trying to get fit by eating healthy and working out, but have recently hit a plateau in my weight loss. I think being able to keep track with my diet and exercise using this site will help me reach my goals! I look forward to learing and sharing with this community as well! :)

    Hi ya and welcome to MFP!
    I love it here, it's like my second home! haha. The people are amazing and so supportive not to mention being able to log in everything I eat. I've lost 30 lbs and today i weighed in and have finally lost another 1 lb today! 31 total. This place is amazing.
