Recently started seeing a lot of posts on here with people asking

"I'm x feet / inches tall, what's a good weight for me?"
"how would I look at x lbs?"

Have a look at

www.mybodygallery.com

Photos of real women. You can change the search options to include different height, weight and body shape to give you an idea of what you might look like.

Going by weight doesn't really mean much. Rather go by whether u like what you see in the mirror. Look in the mirror and see what you like and don't like about what u see. Then make a plan to change what you don't like. For example, I lost 15lbs and still unhappy with what I look like. Then I started strength training and gained back 5lbs in lean mass and like what I was starting to see.

This isn't supposed to be an exact science, it's handy to give you an idea of what you MIGHT look like in the future. It's a rough guide.

5'4 hourglass is just a disaster even at 100 pounds on the shots of women who aren't in excellent shape.

I remember this from being that skinny, too, actually. It's just a very hard shape to make look good with surplus fat on it and very little muscle. I'm somewhere between 5'4 and 5'5, but I match the build of most of the shorter women. High hips, not much waist. Every bit of fat shows up. Guess that's why I never in my life felt thin enough for a bikini.

It's a handy one for seeing what you might look like at a goal weight. Realise everyone is different, but least they have photos showing different shapes of women, so it gives you an idea at least!
