Hey I am Ben, New here... hoping to lose my evil twin :)

Years back i used a similar website to help me lose weight and it really worked. Having the website and the mobile app is just amazing. A few years back i dropped down to 220lbs and my goal has always been around 200. I got discouraged due to slow weight loss and bailed on my diet. Now i have and 11 month old daughter and want to set a good example for her and for myself. Looking forward to meeting new people on here :)
