Wednesday Mini Challenge

Today's challenge is: Bent over row

Let's do 50 of them.

Use what ever you have or feel comfortable with as weights.

You can split them up any way you want but you have to have it before
the end of your day.

    Just be careful that you keep your back straight, it is easy to injure yourself without good form!

    I did 51 of them with 20 pound dumbbells.

    got in 25 with 10 lb weights on the first round and completely spaced the last 25.
