What Ingredients Do You Stay Away From?

I stay away from partially hydrogenated oils. When I used to sell Ardyss International products I noticed that the coffee's come with Partially hydrogenated oils. After that I stopped drinking the coffee and stopped selling the products. Everything they sold is pretty much kicked out once you drink those oils because it causes alot of problems. I googled it. Some countries even ban the partially hydrogenated oils. So what do ya'll stay away from? I really need to know what the ingredients contain on the box.

There are many things, which is why I mainly home cook and buy stuff that isn't prepackaged. I don't go crazy about ingredients if I eat out or at someone's house, but for my day to day usual living, I avoid just about everything listed on the Whole Foods "unacceptable ingredients" list: http://www.wholefoodsmarket.com/products/unacceptable-ingredients.php
