Can anyone tell me how many calories is in:

A mug of tea, (with asda teabags for example), semi skimmed milk and 1 sweetner?

    Probably about 10ish as I have tea with milk and one sugar and that's about 20.

    Tea has no calories, so like she said if you put milk and real sugar, its around 20 if you only put one sugar packet and only a little milk.
