I was just wondering if you weigh or measure your veggie?
Do you log them into your food journal?

I do weigh/measure them, actually, as well as log them. I am also tracking fibre & iron, which some veggies are known for. It all adds up! I'm not totally a stickler with veggies, though - a carrot is a carrot and a cucumber is a cucumber - I don't bother measuring them necessarily, just guesstimate how much of a 8" cuke you just ate.0

I weigh and measure and log everything. If I leave anything out then it's easier to leave another thing out and so on until I'm back to my old ways.0 -
I log anything that has calories - that includes a pickle that is only five calories that I put in my tuna salad sandwich. A calorie is a calorie no matter what form it comes in.
I also weigh and measure everything because it is REALLY easy for me to over estimate what a serving is if I don't.0
