I did pretty good, didn't do super intense workouts, but went for a walk both Sunday and Monday. It was thanksgiving, but even that wasn't bad, I actually had to eat more as I was under my calories so I had a second piece of pumpkin chiffon pie

Tonight is the only night I have to myself at home until Sunday so I need to make sure I do my workout tonight. My mom is coming back with my aunt for a girls shopping weekend but it is starting on Wednesday :laugh:0 -
I did really well this weekend, with not eating like I was going to the gas chamber (Thanksgiving get-together), although I didn't do a whole heck of a lot of exercise...
Friday, Saturday AND Sunday, I slept more than 7 hours!!! That's a major accomplishment for me... :laugh: :bigsmile:
Starting this week, I don't have to be at work until 8, so...I woke up this morning at 5:30 so that I could get my workout in. I feel great!! I will be doing it this way all week FOR SURE!!

SO I sucked today. I ate sonic. it was good but now I feel gross. WAAAAAAAAAAAAAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY to much grease. I cant belive I ate that. I didnt eat all of it but I ate alot of it and now. Blah! Anywhos. hope everyone had a super duper day! I did until dinner. G'night.0

Happy Canadian Thanksgiving! :flowerforyou: I have 6 days until my birthday. :bigsmile: :bigsmile: :bigsmile: Woo Hoo. Ill be good all week but Saturday all bets are off. Hopefully, Ill be able to but knowing me and my healthier self I wont let me. Im going to try my damnedest to eat terrible. I might even have a drink or two. (Im not a big drinker so we'll have to see about that one) IM crazy excited
have a small bite of something sweet for me! im gonna detox like mad all week. im still at 135, its kind of astounding really. this will jump start my metabolic rate i think, i bet ill lose another ten lbs with some hard work! that would be great!

Thanks for all the encouragment to workout. I admit I ended up not. I feel like a complete slacker because I didn't work out on Sunday either and my Saturday workout was really pathetic because I had no energy. I am definately going to kick my own *kitten* at the gym tonight. I'm hoping it will fill a double purpose and help me collapse into an exhausted heap tonight so I get my 7 hours of sleep. :laugh:
So how did everyone else do this holiday weekend?
think about how much more you work out now than you did like 7 or 8 months ago! good for you, its ok if it was a "pathetic" workout because there will be better ones! just remember to have fun when you work out.0 -
oooooooooooo the group is still here!!! i didnt see it the other day and was assuming everyone had lost.......yay!!!!!! im so glad to see everyones still around and kicking....i am so serious about getting back on track this time.....ive even started logging my food again :bigsmile:0

Good Morning Ladies.
I am down another 2lbs this week to 227and I am now 2 away from the lowest I can remember being in the last 5 or 6 years :drinker: It still surprises me to see the amount I have lost. It is somewhat surreal to me on how big I actually was. My aunt is visiting and I was showing her the pants I was wearing around Christmas and how big they were on me, and when she held them up I finally really saw how big they were. They didn't seem that big when I was wearing them though :laugh:

i just tried to do an hour of aerobics and had to stop after 15 minutes, i am OUT OF BREATH! it is so hard to get back on the wagon, holy cow.

Well, I started ChaLEAN Extreme again this week so I am hoping *fingers crossed* that this does it. Also, I plan on adding an extra cardio (one from P90X maybe or Turbo Jam, not sure which yet) on the days that the program says to rest...:bigsmile:0 -

I'm considering getting ChaLEAN. Is it any good? I heard it was a bit heavy on lunges and squats but I'm getting to a point that I want to move my focus more from losing weight to gaining muscle.0 -

Sorry for the late check in. Super busy at work.
Once again, nothing has changed for me... but that's not unusual for me. I usually go on a 3 to 4 week cycle then drop 2 to 4lbs. We'll see next week....I'm not discouraged yet because, as I said last week, my body is toning up incredibly and I'm feeling fabulous AND I'm a size 8... which is amazing IMO.

Im stuck at 204.
not to bad i guess since i started at 246. my birthday is on saturday and Im at least 50 pounds lighter than last year on my birthday. i wanted to be under 200 or right at 200. im happy at the progress that ive made. i do have 2 days. i could try to do it. hmmmmmmm....... well have to see on that0 -
