Race Day Snacks!

Options
I am packing a cooler of drinks (water) and snacks to take to a racing event. (I bought the Rusty Wallace Racing Experience for my boyfriend). I am wanting to pack some food that will stay in the heat but be healthy. I don't want to be stuck eating Nachos with cheese, hot dogs, etc. Although my mouth is watering just typing this up!

I have thought about grapes, peanut butter with celery or crackers, granola bars.

Suggestions appreciated!
