i only have 12-15lbs left to loose for my 1st big goal...should I be having a goal of 1lb a week loss or 2lbs? i might decide to lose another 10lbs.
my current weight is:157 (size 6-8 in jeans)
goal: 145
possible is :135-140lbs
i'm 5'3" and a large frame (athletic build) i'm a newbie runner and do Jillian DVD's and circuit training with my weights for exercise.
so should i keep the 1lbs a week as my goal or put it back to 2lbs?
thanks!

Stick to 1lb/week. 2lbs would be a very uncomfortable deficit for someone that close to their goal weight. This would make the individual more vulnerable to binging due to extreme hunger.0
