    Hello! Im new at being 22 and this site :)
    I figured my double trouble year will be a good one and at 87kg, im desperate to get down to about 70-72 kg :)

    I'm 24, 5'9 & have about 40 more pounds to lose! :) I started at 228 and am currently 198. Anyone can add me if they'd like :)) giving and recieving some motivation and support has gotten me this far!

    Hi everyone... I'm 23, 5'7... about 150lbs! I'm just about finished with the workout program INSANITY! The past 59 days have been amazing... this is simply one of, if not THE, best workouts ever put on DVD. period!
