Hi!! I am new :)

Just a little about me,

I am a usually a very active energetic person, but my job puts me behind a desk for at least 8 hours a day! My Fiance' owns a bar, so I also waitress there a few nights a week. There are nights when we get home late, and our dinner is a frozen pizza, or left over pizza from Pizza Hut!! (Pizza is my one downfall) I could eat it every day!!! Shame on me.......I go through these phases to get in shape, but with the bar life, those phases are short lived. I usually get to eat ONE good meal a day. Except for Friday and Saturday nights....I am currently on The Slim Fast 321 Plan because this will be the most Conducive to my life style behing a desk and working at the bar. I Usually go to the Gym 2 or 3 times a week....sometimes more if time allows, I alternate between Weights and Cardio.

I want to get in shape for a number or reasons, here are a few....

I want to get into shape because I would be happier with myself if I did. I am also getting married next June and want to look good in my pictures, and not look at my wedding pictures and go years later, GOD Look how fat I was!! I want to look good!

    I just lost over 40 pounds through a program called medi thin! I am impressed because they show you how to eat for the rest of my life. Age 40 something close to170 I needed serious help. The trick they showed me eat every 2 to 3 hours low carb low fat high protein foods. Lots of fluids and document everything you eat. Studies have shown documenting a food log is something that will help you succeed. Good luck.
