What are you're favourite healthy smoothies to make at home? I need a method of cramming in fruit and vegetables because I don't eat them enough!

    I was going to ask the same question but because I drink it trough the morning and find it I feel less hungry trough out the day.

    I found a great recipe for a pear ginger smoothie from greenlitebites.com. She has a smoothie ideas link. Today I added a whole pear, 2-3 cups of baby spinach, half a banana, 1/4 cup of skim milk and 4 strawberries. I poured it in a glass and topped it with 1/4 cup of low fat granola. It was delicious.:smile:
