Ideas for Lunch

I would like some Ideas for lunch I hate soups and I need something more than salad or a sandwich any ideas?

    I bring left overs from last nights dinner. I also, keep tuna, eggs, pasta on hand for last minute lunches.

    my lunch (came to 350 calories):

    about 3 cups of steamed mixed veggies( I had cauliflower, broccoli, vidalia onions, yellow Zucchini, Green zucchini) topped with 1/2 cup of light spaghetti sauce. this was about 2 -3 cups after it was cooked with the sauce, but i measured before I steamed..

    1 light pita (60 cals) stuffed with Mixed greens, one tomato sliced, 4 oz turkey breast, and light miracle whip.


    so it's 2 pita sandwich halves and 2-3 cups of steamed veggies with pasta sauce. EXTREMELY filling, and the calories are LOW comparatively..

    wow that's a so much for a 350 calories I love that am realizing how much you can eat if its healthy you don't have to starve eating healthy love it thanks

    You know, when I pack my lunches full of LOTS of veggies, and watch someone bring a frozen diet dinner, and their diet frozen thing is like 275 to 400 calories, and I look at my lunch compared to their's... I'd MUCH rather eating all the veggies!!! a couple of times I brought a HUGE tupperware bowl filled with 8-9 cups of mixed greens, threw in some light feta and some light blue cheese, had that with a sandwich of some type, My profile pic is an example) - I'm thinking that was right around the 300 mark as well.

    I portion and freee all my leftovers so I have a variety of lunches in my freezer. If Im home I cook a lean piece of meat with a side of veggies. Or I'll make my own chicken nuggets and sweet potato fries.
