Whey isolate dextrose and creatine pre and PWO?

Hopefully someone can answer this. Would it be enough to just take 25g of whey isolate with 50g of dextrose and 10g of creatine and sip it pre (10 mins) during and PWO? Would the 25g be enough for my PWO recovery? I would probably leave half of the shake for PWO. So i would be consuming about 14g of whey, would that be enough for recovery? Or should i add an extra half a serving of whey?

Recovery is far more dependent on meeting your macronutrient goals for the day rather than trying to use a complex pre/peri/post workout regimen. You can meet your goals without having to complicate life :)

    THIS!!!

I used to worry about pre/post workout stuff. Then as I read more I realized that what was really important is that you meet your daily macros. Don't obsess over pre/post workout stuff.

oh trust me, i put my diet above all else..you can check my diary. I was just wondering if this would help. I guess i'll just stick to the old 6oz of milk with 1 scoop plus just 5g of creatine.

I agree with what others have said - but to answer your question, yeah that looks fine. Eating actual food is also fine. Have a combination of protein/carbs around your workouts and try to focus most of your calories around your workouts if you can. The creatine really isn't that big of a deal to have around your workout - just make sure to take about 5g daily.

Asked on a bb forum and advised to take the regular with milk. I just want an excuse to use up my dextrose that's been sitting there for over a year (date is still fine). Any other good use for dextrose? Should i drink some pre workout with some whey anyways?

If you want to, sure. It doesn't really matter either way. Nutrient timing is more myth than fact, like has been said, as long as you hit your macros for the day, you can consume whatever you want, whenever you want. It will not help nor hinder. It will just be.
