1 day slip, will it destroy my diet

Yesterday we had a leaving party for a friend of mine so I indulged a little and went over my calories, not by crazy amounts or anything, but still over. I am worried now that it ruins my shot of losing any weight this week. Will it?

No. Not at all.0

certainly not, just watch your calories for the rest of the week and if you feel like you need to compensate throw in some extra exercise. Remember, this is a tool to help you make choices, not a prison sentence!0

One day slip won't matter too much! You can treat yourself sometimes.0

No, you should be fine.0

I was worried about that too after all that I had eaten on Memorial day, but then I found this post that night and it made me fell 10x better and not so worried.

It depends on what you do the rest of the week.0

NOOOO! You're fine. Don't let it bother you -- just get back to your plan and keep up the good work!0

I dont think so. Just stay on track maybe do a little longer work out tonight and you should be just fine and on track to a loss this week.0

Only if you let it.0

One slip will not destroy your diet. If you worry about it...then it might. Tomorrow is another day!0

Nope. Even 7 day slips are fine. Don't stress so much about it. Stress causes weight gain. Know you're doing your best and you WILL see the results and you'll get there.0
