Crock Pot Question.

How do you log crock pot meals? I have chicken, red peppers, minced garlic, 6 tablespoons of bbq sauce, and water in my crock pot. I know to count the chicken and peppers (of course), but how do you count the sauce? I use some cornstarch to thicken the sauce a bit, but I definitely don't use all of it. Any ideas?

I use the recipe builder function. It is a bit of a hassle up front because you have to measure the entire dish to find out how many servings their are, but once it is in there it is great.0
