New here...recommended by a friend who uses the iPhone app. I've dramatically increased my exercise and decreased food in hopes of losing weight...But today I could barely make it through my workout. :-(
Also, I was keeping a small hand-written journal of food intake but I've slipped on that. So...hopefully coming here will keep me honest with food journalling and also keep me eating enough of the right foods, to fuel my workouts! :-)

It has definitely helped me!
It also helps you log your exercise and feel rewarded by the impact it can make to your total calorie intake.
