I Started my 90 Day Challenge March 14, 2012 and weighed 232lbs... Since then, I have lost 28lbs and 4inches off my waist! Love it, and whatever your goal is you can Reach it! Rock Out Your 90 Day Challenge!

    i started on the 19 of may this year and in 11 days i have lost 5 pounds

    Started January 2, 2012 (New Year's resolution) on my diet & started working out on the regular in March. Down 38 pounds, 2 dress sizes, and just a few pounds away from my goal before I start on maintenance.

    started Jan 2 nd at 253 lbs, signed on here on Jan 12th, and todate I have lost 49 lbs. I am at 204. Feel great and love inspiring others.

    Started October 16 2011, and I accomplished my goal of loosing 100 pound on May 6 2012, in about 6 1/2 months. On maintenance now. Went from 250 lbs to 150 lbs.

    I started March 31st, 2012 @ 240 Lbs. now May 30th, 2012 I weigh 213 Lbs. A total of 27 Lbs.

    I started at the end of January 2012 weighed 156, I have lost 14lbs so far and now at 142. :) I have 7 more lbs to lose to get to my first goal of 135lbs which I would like to reach by July 18th and then once I reach this goal I will shoot for the second to get down to 125 by my 50th birthday in November. :bigsmile:

    I lost 10 pounds before starting MFP in Oct. 2011 I reached my goad weight on Monday 5/28/12:) I have lost 50 pounds.

    Started on Jan 1st, I weigh in once a month. My weigh in is the 1st thats why the weight I give you will be more than my ticker. I lost 93lbs in 5 months. GOOD LUCK to all.
