Yummy and Healthy Meal/Snack ideas for On the Go

Hi All! I am a nanny, so I run around all day with the kids I babysit. I was posting this for some yummy and healthy meal and snack ideas. Preferably easy and quick to make. Any and all ideas are appreciated! Thank you!

    Hi, I'd pack myself a small cooler every day. Include water and seltzer, chobani yogurt, a little fiber one cereal, fresh cut veggies and hummus, turkey sandwich on whole wheat, and dark chocolate.

    I try to cook a nice healthy dinner so I have leftovers for lunch the next day. That's a time saver and a way to have real, home cooked food.

    You have to be diligent and think about it the night before.
