My first post!!!

I first started really trying to lose weight in June of 2011. I started C25k and about 4 weeks in hurt my knees due to poor shoes. (had no clue how important they were). Then I got sick with a terrible ear infection that left me temporarily deaf in one ear and took 4 antibiotics and a lanced ear to clear up..needless to say I feel off the wagon. I had lost 10lbs, gained back 1 by January 2012. In January something changed and decided I was not wearing stretch pants the rest of my life. I'm 32 years old!! With 2 little boys who I need to be able to keep up with! So I started the 30day Shred...in 6 weeks I lost 2 pant sizes!! Now I've switched to Zumba. Trying to keep my body on its toes. :) Anyway, I'm down to 215 from 244. I'm only 5'2" so 244 was really showing!

I love everyone's success story now I have a mini one of my own!!
