I am 5'4 and currently 144. I am very curvy (34DD and big hips/butt--which I like). My ultimate goal is 135-140: a place that I will be happy with, but able to maintain easily.
I have intense bloating, especially around my TOM (I can look about 8 months pregnant :[ ) , so my other goal is to maintain my water weight and keep a flat belly.0 -
I'm 5ft 4". But, I'm 181 lbs and heading for 147lbs.0

5'4"/5"ish here. Currently at 150, and pretty busty. I wear a UK size 10 or 12 (sometimes a 14 if i want it a little baggy). I seem to carry most of my weight in my belly and legs though (and face!! haha). I want to be around 130, and then maybe a bit lower after that. mainly i just want to get rid of the belly fat that i haven't been able to shift for my entire life!! any ideas? xx0

I'm 5'4 (and 1/2 ) and am 37 years old. My frame is medium to large and I wear size 14. Last summer at my heaviest (183) I was wearing 18s. My goal keeps wavering, but I think I my ultimate goal is to weigh between 135 - 140. (My husband says I am too skinny when I weigh less than 130 - but it's been since high school that I weighed that little).
I try to appreciate every pound lost and try to focus more on mini-goals like every ten pounds. I had lost 20 lbs last fall and then added 10 back over the winter. Now, I'm trying to focus on exercising more and eating healthier. One of my biggest weaknesses is alcohol and I'm trying to cut back to a maximum of one or two glasses of wine per week. I know that if I have more than one during a meal my resistence to over eating tends to disappear.0 -

I am almost 5'5", and I'd say I have a medium to large frame. I weigh 125lbs and am not trying to lose anymore. I wear a size 3/4 or sometimes a 1/2.0

I'm 5'4" I currently weigh 140. I want to get to 130-135 and i think I will truly be happy. I'm large framed, football shoulders and all lol...I wear 7/8 in juniors jeans and a size 6 in womens. my shirts are all mediums because my shoulders are to wide for smalls...heres a pic

Me! I'm 5'4, and I currently weigh between 135-140. I wear a 6, and can sometimes squeeze into a 4. I wear smalls and extra smalls in shirts. I have a very small build, so really, I'm focusing on toning/eating right because I tend to look way too thin if I go below 130.0

I'm 5'4", 44 years old and am currently at 166 pounds and just getting into a size 12 (I started at 215, size way too big). My goal is 135ish. I hope to at least get down to single-digit sizes.0

I am 5'4" and currently weigh a whopping 220 pounds and a size 14; sometimes 16. The smallest I have been is 145 and I was a size 8. I have a large frame and big chest!!! --- 46 DD. I swear they weigh 10 pounds LOL.
This is the most I have weighed and due to severe osteoarthritis in my hip, I am not able to do any weight-bearing exercise. I also have had multiple back surgeries. I am really limited and find that water exercise is really the only thing I can do comfortably and without substantial amounts of pain for days after. Thus, I'm essentially trying to lose weight by diet alone - this is more difficult and frustrating to say the least!
I attended a free Community Health Team meeting today set up by my Doctor's office and the dietician gave me this website information....so, here I am!!

I have a total gym and love it! You dont have to workout long and really start to fell results fast,0

You give me great inspiration! A size 6 at 140'ish pounds??? I was a size 12 at 170, so to know I could get that great when my goal is really 145/150.... yes!!!!0

I'm 5'4" and currently about 158lbs. ^^; My goal weight is to get to 140lbs, though. Any lower and I think I'd be anorexic! xD I have a lot of muscle on me, so I can't really get my weight down too low. Oh and I'm about a size 8, typically, or a size 10 if the brand is cut small. So far I've been at it for a month and I haven't really lost the weight I want to, but I think I've definitely lost some size around my thighs and waist. Keep it up~! ^^0

Are we talking American Sizes here or UK sizes because there seems to be a big difference but around the same weight?
I'm 5'4 and currently weigh 135.4lbs (9stone 9.4pounds) and was 10stone 1.6pounds when I started a couple of weeks back. I have always been around 9 and a half stone but it keeps creeping back on so i'm giving it a big kicking now! I've always been a size 8 in tops and size 10 in bottoms!0 -

I was amazed when someone wrote that they wear a size 8. Also, as far as my memory goes, I've never been below 137 pounds... and I remember thinking to myself that I was TOO skinny. My goal is set at 125 right now... but we will see.0
