    Most of my Top Pictures...are from 2006 on up.....stayed close to 200 pds.... the rest are picture throughout being on the right track with help from MFP and pals....Currently at goal weight of 146....Excited about my progres...

    560 to 259 in the pic from February but am down to 254 currently and my 3 year anniversary is this weekend so I am planning on taking a bunch of new pics.......
