New and looking for friends to help motivate!

Hi I am 22 year old college student and recently realized how school has affected my body. I stopped working out for two years and stated getting lazy about what I ate. I have now gotten back into running, working out and eating healthy. I am a vegetarian besides the occasion fish, and like to eat as natural or organic as I can! Looking for friends with similar interest or not does not really matter, that want to help motivate! I will do the same in exchange!

wow you sound exactly like me! I am also 22, just graduated University this June and I am also vegetarian that eats the occasional fish. I lost about 50 pounds about 4 years ago and I am trying to lose that last little bit yet. Recently moved back home and am starting to get lazy again.

I'm in a similar position. I'm 24 and finishing up grad school. I lost 50lbs over a 6 year period, and am trying to lose my last 20lbs. I am also a vegetarian, but I do eat seafood regularly now. I like swapping recipes/work out regimes.

I just recently graduated from college last year. From working behind a desk all day and sitting class at night I put on some weight. So I know how that is. So far I have lost 30 lbs of it and just trying to lose the last 20 lbs. So feel free to add me if you wish. Oh and good luck on your adventure.

Better to catch it now, and realize what you're doing isn't working. Got up as high as 215, down to 160 (17 years ago), floated up to 172, now down to 148. (just recently) Before & after pics coming!

I'm also a vegetarian. No meats at all.

    Encouragement and frankness given!
