hey guys, so joined last year after the birth of ma wee boy and lost a lot of weight was so happy with myself but somehow let myself gain most of the weight back, i need some motivators i can help and that can help me, keep on track and live a fitter and healthier life, whos in ??\

Here we are again - round 2!! I totally understand how frustrating this is. I gained mine back, plus 10 more pounds. That's OK, we are here now so its time to get serious and do this. I also want to say good for you! I was ashamed to get back on here and admit that I had undone my progress, but sometimes you just have to take the plunge. it's nice to know we are not alone.0

I've reached a plateau but still pumped to finish losing my weight, I have blow out days but that only lasts for a short time and am motivated to keep doing this, I'm more than happy to motivate and be motivated

I find planning my workout, exercise in advance helps. So I'd say to myself, right I have training Monday and Wednesday, so I'll go to the gym Tuesday and Thursday0
